The book Selling and Sales Management is a must for all "sales" person. It covers all aspect that a "sales" person should know, learn, retain and experience. Those with some sales experiences will immediately find concrete and real examples of their professional life.

I highly recommend this book for all "sales" people who intend to go at Management level

This is a good book on Sales Management. It focus on the Planning, Control and Strategies for Sales Management but not on the selling process (skills, close the deal, selling psychology, etc.) like other Stephan Schiffman, and Jeffrey Gitomer's books...
